By using this site, you automatically agree with our Terms of Use, which is a contract between you and E-jobs Ja.

General Terms:

E-jobs Ja is not the author of any of the products or services advertised on the website. We only have a platform that provides spaces for freelancers to offer their products / services and for customers to purchase them.

To use E-jobs Ja services, the user must expressly accept the Privacy Policy, which contains clear and complete information about the collection, use, storage, treatment and protection of the personal data of E-jobs Ja users and visitors.

E-jobs Ja, due to violation of the legislation in force or the general terms and conditions of use, may, without prejudice to other measures, refuse any registration request, warn, suspend (temporarily or permanently) a user’s account , your ads, or even apply a sanction that negatively impacts your reputation.

All services and projects advertised on E-jobs Ja are offered for a minimum price of US$5 (five dollars) and a maximum price of US$1,000 (one thousand dollars).

It is not allowed to advertise services prohibited by current legislation or by the general terms and conditions of use of the website, which do not have the proper specific authorization from competent regulatory bodies or which violate the rights of third parties.

Only registered users will be able to buy and sell on E-jobs Ja. Registration is offered free of charge.

E-jobs Ja offers a feature that allows customers to qualify the services received.

Before deciding to purchase the service, the client must pay attention to the information about the freelancer’s qualifications, the price, the delivery time, the number of orders in the queue, the additional services and the detailed description of the service offered.

Customers pay E-jobs Ja in advance to place an order.

USERS (clients and freelancers) CANNOT OFFER OR ACCEPT MEANS OF PAYMENTS OTHER THAN THAT ARE PRESENTED IN ORDERING AN ORDER.

USERS (clients and freelancers) CANNOT EXCHANGE E-MAIL, ADDRESSES, PHONES, NAME AND CONTACTS ON THE FACEBOOK WHATSAPP, SKYPE OR ANY OTHER FORM OF COMMUNICATION OUTSIDE THE PROFILES PLATFORM

Freelancers earn levels based on their sales performance and reputation. Higher levels receive greater benefits, including the amount of extra services for each service and the price cap for services and projects. For more information see our Levels System.

Order cancellations frequently on account of the freelancer without cause will affect the service provider’s level and reputation.

Clients retain all rights to the work delivered, unless otherwise indicated by the freelancer on their service page. Some services charge additional payments (through Extras service) for Commercial Use License, if this charge occurs it should be clearly broken down by the freelancer in the service description.

All published and delivered work may be used by E-jobs Ja for purposes of marketing, promotion or dissemination of E-jobs Ja.

The Site is offered and available to users aged 18 and over. Children under 18 years of age will not be able to use the E-jobs Ja website or services. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract with the Company and that it meets all of the eligibility requirements mentioned above. If you do not meet all of these requirements, do not access or use the Site.

E-jobs Ja may change these Terms of Use at any time, with a view to improving and improving the services provided. The new Terms of Use will come into effect 10 (ten) days after their publication on the Sites. Within 5 (five) days from the publication of the new version, the User must communicate by e-mail if he does not agree with the amended terms. In this case, the contractual bond will cease to exist, as long as there are no open accounts or debts.
